What we collect
Order & contact details — name, email, delivery address, and the artwork/personalisation you supply.
Payment data — handled directly by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited details, never your full card number.
Technical data — basic server logs for security and reliability.
Why we use it
To produce and deliver your order and provide customer support.
To take payment and keep records required by law (e.g. tax).
To protect the security of our website.
Sharing
We share data only with providers who help us operate: payment processing (Stripe), and, where a blank item is drop-shipped, the supplier/courier needed to fulfil delivery. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete them. Uploaded artwork/geometry is removed from our systems after your quote/order is processed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and you can complain to the ICO. Contact hello@cardfeelings.com.
