Production time

Most bespoke orders are produced within 1–5 working days after proof approval. 24-hour turnaround is available on suitable jobs — ask before ordering.

Delivery

• We ship within the UK; selected items to Ireland on request.
• Delivery estimates are given at checkout/quote and are estimates, not guarantees.
• Some blank items are drop-shipped from third-party suppliers and may arrive separately.

Costs

Delivery cost (if any) is shown before you pay. Larger or fragile items (e.g. slate, glass) may carry a higher carriage charge.
