Refund & Returns Policy

Personalised & bespoke items. Because engraved and personalised goods are made to your specification, the standard 14-day cancellation right for distance selling does not apply once production has begun, except where the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or differs from your approved proof due to our error, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@cardfeelings.com with photos. We will repair, remake or refund.

Non-personalised stock items

Unengraved/unpersonalised stock items may be returned within 14 days in unused, resaleable condition; return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Errors in supplied artwork

We are not able to refund items engraved correctly from artwork, text or proofs that you supplied or approved. Please check proofs carefully.

How to claim

Email hello@cardfeelings.com with your order reference and details. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Stripe.
